In these sessions, we share cooking skills and practical healthy lifestyle skills.

Cardiovascular Disease Awareness Programme
This programme is based on referrals for individuals who have shown signs of having high blood pressure. The sessions are run by trained health professionals who give healthy lifestyle advice to help individuals maintain a healthy life.
